About Us

This website has been built as a Community project, mostly due to the energy of local dynamo Sioux Anich. Based on an original Kaipara Flats website by local resident Adrian Searle, it was upgraded in 2016 by Adrian Hayward, whose Website and Media business Tasty Bytes is based in a studio in Kaipara Flats. As well as making it responsive to work on all devices, there are more clubs and activities information, things to do with the kids and it interacts with Facebook which is the most common way for people to interact socially. At the moment.

As well as this we have created a bigger and more appealing Business section – to encourage the use of local businesses and in turn seek their support to cover the costs involved with creating and running this website.
