Kaipara Flats Rugby Club is now part of Mahurangi RFC with Clubhouse and Fields at Warkworth Showgrounds.

Kaipara Motorcycle Club is organises rides on local properties, often as fund-raising initiatives for local clubs and charities.

Dome Valley Mountain Bikers is an active club organising rides locally and entering national competitions. A great way to keep fit.

The Boat Club takes advantage of our position between 2 oceans and uses the waters of both Kaipara Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.

As a rural community there are plenty of shotguns, rifles and air rifles around, we are looking for organised club to feature for locals, so if you know of one you’d recommend please Get in Touch.

The Puhoi Axemen are a well-known local club, putting on displays and competitions at A & P shows and other events in the area. A number of Kaipara Flats locals make up part of the club.

Given the fertile valley we live in and the history of growing produce and flowers locally, the Gardening Club is always popular and well-patronised.

The local Scottish Country Dancers practiced in Ranfurly Hall. With members from the surrounding areas it is hosted in Kaipara Flats – new members welcome.

Local singers get together for regular choir practice and give local recitals and enter competitions

Kai Rhythmix is a non-auditioned, women’s singing group with a focus on local participation and fellowship. Kai Rhythmix sing at community events, church services and fundraisers.

Kaipara Flats Model Flyers Club fly all manner of model aircraft on Bourne Dean Grounds at the Sports Club.
